Delivery and returns at Ruumaku

We deliver across Malaysia. Here is what delivery costs, when your order ships and what to do if something is wrong.

Delivery cost

• West Malaysia: a flat RM8 per order, and free delivery when your order is RM150 or more.
• Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: charged by weight, RM25 for the first kilogram and RM12 for each additional started kilogram. Free delivery does not apply.

The exact charge is shown at checkout before you send your order.

When your order ships

Once your payment is validated (within 12 hours on business days), we start preparing your order and ship it out.

Your tracking number appears in My Orders once the courier has your parcel, and you can also use Track order.

Returns and refunds

We handle a return or refund request only for an item that arrives faulty, damaged or wrong. To claim, email [email protected] with your order number, clear photos and a video showing the problem, and the courier label and tracking number. Our support team replies within 14 working days, not counting weekends and public holidays.
